"Everyone there is amazing! From the front desk ladies, insurance, scheduling -all have been incredible. The phlebotomist-I didn’t catch his name- knows his stuff and is great at what he does. Sebastian- the MRI tech is 10 STARS!!! He is so gentle and thoughtful and explains everything in detail. I have had 5 MRIs in 1.5 months, 3 being at Lakeside, i have had the best experience and would absolutely recommend them!"

"Pretty disorganized. Had trouble scheduling an appointment because every time I set it I was told more information about what I had to do. For example, they scheduled me for an 830 appointment, but I was supposed to drink Barium 30 minutes to 1 hour before the procedure. So I asked the person, Don't you open at 8? How can I be there an hour early if you don't open til 8. This was the 3rd time I had called to try and schedule an appointment. The first time I scheduled, they didn't tell me I would have to be there an hour early, so I had to change the appointment. Once I got there, they requested labs, which I had not been told to bring. Once I got back to the lab person, they told me they needed to start an IV and I said, "Why, I came an hour early so I could drink Barium." He went to the front and came back and said, no, you're getting an IV and by the way, I'll have to stick you twice because you didn't bring labs with you." The guy who actually did the CT Scan was very friendly and I had no problems with him. There was only 1 lady at the desk, so she was very rushed."

"Rating of ZERO. Shifted my work calendar and drove 45 minutes for an MRI only to be told "we tried to call you our machine is broken" they absolutely did not call! I asked her to verify the contact number then showed the woman there were no missed calls from them on my cell. With that lie and no apology she started telling me when I could come back. There is a reason for the low reviews of this facility."
