"This place condones fraudulent credit card activity and won't return calls to discuss charges. I live out of state yet had two charges totalling just under $900 from this establishment which I never shopped at. Had to cancel cards, notify fraud department and Spring Tx PD. The situation could have been rectified while charges were pending but now Cali Smoke Shop will be charged back almost $900 at their expense. I will also contact the PCI compliance department since they are obviously accepting payment without card being present."
