"Worst place in our we ever stayed in. Dirty, filthy and conspicuously unclean. Manager very rude, disrespectful and dismissive. She cause us so much financial and emotional stress I end up in the hospital couple of weeks ago. I made reservations online they guarantee us monthly rate by her mistakes without our knowledge she will modified our room she will charge us thousands dollars difference when we ask her to fix it she will blame on my husband! I called district manager to resolve situation she told us to cancel reservation and make new one that's when they actually charge us double for the same dates I spoke to call center they told me that's illegal they still won't fix it. Right now I'm taking legal action because I didn't have choice. I also requested it Florida consumer protection bureau to investigate them because they took a thousands dollars without our permission!! Worst experience I ever had in my life I spent hours on the phone to try resolve issues but nobody cares they want even provide me regional manager number my attorney trying to get in contact with him. Please people stay away from this place it's not worth a single dollar you spent over there!!"
"During my stay the front desk staff were very supportive and respectful. I can’t remember the two front desk staff names but I do remember that they provided me the best service while I was there. It was always good to see Ms. Deb . Thank y’all so much for being a great team && making sure I had the best level of comfort during my stay."
"Enjoyed my stay at this location. Ms Deborah was great in handling our day to day accomodations. Alexis is my favorite person there. She's always so bubble and helpful. Def can't wait to stay there again!!"
"The staff here are incredible! Although Debra could use more customer service training. And the rooms are worth the price and very well maintained. Also it's quite affordable when you factor in all the amenities! Absolutely amazing!"
