"Park is OK but for a place that has close to a couple hundred spaces, the restroom / shower facilities are entirely to few in number. Maddie at the phone when we booked, however, was a complete joy."

"It's definitely not a rv "resort ". It's slowly becoming a trailer park...run down rv's with window units and junk everywhere. It's sad because it used to be so nice but the current management has really let things go. Instead of taking care of the park they are busy doing cash side jobs washing rv's during working hours...not cool. Someone should contact the owners and fill them in. There is also a lot of theft in the park including entire rv's! Update...as dumpy as it is, they are raising the monthly rent again and the price of electricity!!! They are making a lot of money on the electric! This place is a joke. Update: They now have only one "maintenance" guy. Months go by before any of the sites get mowed or trees get trimmed...resort prices for junk yard views"

"I would have done no stars. Came in early Saturday morning 5:30 am with dodge truck problems on my way from corpus to phoenix left at 4:30 pm.The office personnel told me (I got lucky to catch on site for a brief moment)they would charge me for three days of rent because they would not be back in the office until Monday but would refund remainder. When we called Monday after arriving in phoenix,she quickly said they don’t do refunds at all."

"Alamo Fiesta RV Park is a wonderful find just outside San Antonio. The park's size is a plus, offering ample space for easy maneuvering, making parking a breeze. The staff members are exceptionally friendly. Their warm welcome made us feel right at home. We had a great experience and look forward to returning on our next trip. Highly recommended!"

"Awful! We should have known by the lack of initial communication when booking. We booked online but called to confirm our site number. We called several times and left voicemails over a period of a few days. We even tried emailing but their email returns to sender. We even called the second number listed. We pulled in and our name and site was hand written on the park map. When we pulled up to our site it was already occupied by a full time resident. We were forced to pull into an open space for the night and deal with it in the morning. When we spoke to Lisa she told us it was our fault for booking online. There was zero offer of making it right or understanding that this was a huge inconvenience. If you allow bookings online, you need to be sure they are accurate and double check your schedule and booked sites, this is NOT a customer problem. We called several times to ensure that something like this wouldn’t happen. However, when we told her this she said she didn’t get any messages or phone calls. We offered to show her our phone record on our cell phones to show that we had actually tried calling. We offered this to maybe help ease any issues in the future and to prove we weren’t being dishonest and that the problem was theirs and not ours. She refused to take any responsibility for any of the above mentioned issues. Lisa, who runs the RV park is incredibly difficult to work with, rude, interrupts, not accommodating, gets offended when asked any kinds of questions. Starts off being offended and then ends with well I don’t know anything about that. She doesn’t seem to understand hospitality. Apparently it is our fault for their poor customer service. She doesn't seem to care or know what is actually going on. There is a complete lack of organization and communication. It is a huge inconvenience to pull into a park and have someone in your assigned spot and then get told it is "our" fault for booking online. There is also a massive price gouge on propane. $4/gallon but they base the charge on pounds. So they are actually charging you for the weight of the metal in the tank not just the propane filled. Also, they tell their premium customers that there is a pool and charge extra for the use of the pool however, it is not even filled. There is zero description on what each level of site there is so there isn’t really a way of knowing if you actually have a premium site or not. The entire park stank like sulfur/sewer during our stay. After staying here, our water tank now smells bad due to whatever is in their water. We will never stay here again, I recommend that you don’t either. Beware!"
