"Hotel itself was fine. Good for business travel. I had a room facing the pool, and after an evening work event, came back to my room smelling like smoke ( from the outdoor fire pit). It filled my room and had to smell that all night. Next day my clothes also smelled like smoke along with my luggage."
"We only had an overnight stay here. We truly enjoyed it. Gave the room four stars only because the beds are very hard and for someone who cannot sleep in a hard bed it made it uncomfortable. No microwave in the room you had to walk down to the vending area to use one. For a hotel such as this there should be one in the room. Other than that the room was clean, plenty of hot water, the staff was great, loved the warm cookies upon check-in! That was a nice personal touch. The location is good quick to get downtown to the mainstreet shops. Didn't utilize the bar or restaurant but it's nice to know they offer those. Also to cold to use the outdoor pool but it is a beautiful setting."
"Starting with a warm cookie, everything about my 5 night visit was perfect. Great relaxing visit. Clean, quiet room overlooking the pool and scenic Boerne. Easy access to the Interstate but no Interstate noise even when outside on the attractive grounds. Great service from the front desk to maid service to the nice resturant. I needed a relaxing vacation and The Bevy delivered."
"This little gem is packed with major charm, quaint cozy nooks and outstanding service! We are from NYC and travel all over and I think this was the cleanest hotel with fantastic food for the price. As a bonus a crackling fireplace. A coffee bar, cowhide comfortable couches and high back chairs and plenty of bar space for cocktails and appetizers, and mains etc. Luis took such good care of us while we enjoyed live music. Carla was our early morning breakfast server with the sweetest smile and demeanor. Nickie at the front desk and all very much ensure that your stay is wonderful. We'll always stay here."
"Great hotel in close proximity to San Antonio, etc. Staff was so kind & welcoming! Loved the complimentary waters and warm cookie at check in. Very clean room, comfy linens. Property is well maintained and seems new. Only complaint is lighting in room is very dim. Nice bar / restaurant / pool. Came for business, would return. Worth the stay!"
