"My family and I stayed here a few times before. Every time is pleasant until the "supervisor" Tiffany has to interact with anyone! I have witnessed her actually argue with customers in the lobby and say she was lying about her own corporate account! She had a horrible. horrible attitude! I told her this the last time my family stayed as she is just rude for no reason! Just a real unhappy nasty person! She came out to talk to me after I told the night people my heater was blowing cold ac air all night on me and my kids! A problem which the night staff said the hotel is aware that some of the heaters don't work and she already had an attitude mind you she only started her shift a hour ago. lol Totally ridiculous ! Talks loudly over you and has no clue what customer satisfaction/service is most folks are not built for hospitality and she's an example of this! Manny, Emma are great! Juan ( gm) even made my family and I Smoothies as we barbecued by the poolside after my husband was having chest pain! But Tiffany will definitely deter people from wanting to ever visit here again no matter how new it is! I will be giving the new Embassy Suites a try and as long as she is here I won't recommend this place to anyone at all! Go elsewhere!!!!"

"So I rate hotels on 3 things: water pressure, room quietness and comfort. So here is my take: The room is very modern and well appointed with comfortable desk, desk chair, easy chair, bed and "kitchenette". All very comfortable and easy to use. The sink has a filtered water faucet for drinking water. The shower had excellent pressure & temperature with a good layout and space. The room quietness was a small issue. I could hear the next room everytime they opened their shades (chain roller) and other adult things they were engaged in (only a small period of time). Once I turned on the TV that went away. The breakfast is phenomenal with made to order omelets and a yogurt bar. The Happy Hour was done very well too. It is a good location with access to get in any direction and multiple food options that are nearby."

"Emma was so kind to my wife and I. We had a mishap while staying and she went way above and beyond to ensure our stay was great!! Ray also worked hard to help us when we had to move rooms in the middle of the night because of allergies. Julie was also sweet and kind to us. The entire staff was so kind and friendly! The breakfast is far superior to other hotels. It is much appreciated. Especially since we have food sensitivities. The bed was extremely comfortable. Exceptional stay, thank you!"

"Truly the best hotel experience ever had. Cleanliness and atmosphere was phenomenal. Energy and genuine care of the staff really set this place apart. Stayed with element in Austin last year and again now in Dallas, and was not disappointed! They are doing an outstanding job, really doesn’t compare to what others offer. I highly recommend it to my friends. I could not have been happier, and the breakfasts were the cherry on top! Didn’t quite get the names of the staff but everyone from concierge to housekeeping to kitchen was a delight. Felt so taken care of, thank you all so much."

"While the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was amazing and my room was more than comfortable. It was your staff that stood out. The night we checked in, the woman at the desk (Lexi) was working with a VERY agitated customer. As the customer increased in his agitation and aggression, Lexi remained calm, consistent and patient. It was absolutely impressive to watch. We stood behind the man, smiling and trying to encourage her. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk to ask Lexi's name and to let them know that she had done a beautiful job. Your team was gracious and received the feedback with celebration. Your company should be commended for hiring such kind and resilient people."
