"I had to make an appt for an MRI at the Gessner location to get in sooner than the Cypress location had open. However the next day the Cypress location called me as they had a cancellation, so I was able to get in sooner than I expected. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend!"

"This is for sure by far the most unorganized office I’ve come across in the medical field. Front desk staff does not know how to communicate nor follow through on MRI orders and Insurance eligibility. My mother was scheduled and we went in and they couldn’t find her order, checked in, my mother was not advised she was supposed to fast so we had to reschedule. Went back for 2nd appointment the was told they didn’t have her info or ID with her insurance , which was given the 1st time we went and had to reschedule. Then was told at time of check in in that her insurance was out of network. All of this could have been avoided if they for 1 confirmed appointment , confirmed with eligibility and and communicated the fasting and out of network issue. For a medical facility this is pretty sad that there is this much negligence and lack of effort put into their work. Is this negligence or incompetence?"

"Had another great experience at Houston MRI. Office was clean and organized. Renee that checked me in was polite and welcoming. Heather my MRI tech was wonderful and sweet. She checked on me to make sure i was doing ok."

"Easy to schedule, good on communication on scheduling. Very friendly experienced staff however says 1-2 business days to receive the report and been three days waiting and haven’t received it yet. Some patients can’t wait that long for results especially with major conditions hope they will take it seriously. Giving three stars for the good team at that location."

"I had an ultrasound there recently and I just loved how quick they were. It didn't take long at all for me to do the ultrasound and leave. Only maybe about 20 minutes did I stay there in total, including the paperwork and waiting overall (Im also slow at doing paperwork too). Also the staff were super nice and informative! They were great overall. Thank you!"
