"Vandy at the front desk, welcome with a big happy smile which felt good after our long travel. She made the check in process quick as we arrive late at night. she also helped us with the queries and made our stay a good one."

"Matthew at the front desk helped us to check in early and gave us all the stuff we needed to start our stay off right! We got here just in time for the complimentary breakfast and took a long, peaceful nap afterwards. The hotel seems older and our bathroom didn’t have a vent/fan. Other than that everything was above expectations for the price!"

"Great experience! From shuttle drivers, to there great customer service! We did a layover and booked this great establishment, knowing I needed a shuttle! And a place to lay our heads for my family of 6! My wife unfortanaly forgot her wallet in the gym! And they found and shipped it back home for me! Thank you so much!! Nothing stolen nothing lost! Such a honorable establishment! Thank you so much!!! Making our vacation a little bit less stress free! With all the stress already Involved!!"

"Don't count on the shuttle service. For the pickup from the airport, when the driver pulled up and we asked if he was Holiday Inn in Irving, he said "no", then drove away. We waited a bit longer, then called the hotel, and finally an hour after our first call, the same van shows up again, and it was our shuttle. By the time we got there that night, they had no more spots on the morning shuttle. They share the shuttle with two or three other hotels, so he told us we could "wait and see" if he had room, but he couldn't promise anything because he didn't know how many people would be picked up at the other hotels. We had to spend $46 on an Uber to get our family of 5 to the airport. The rooms were okay. Rooms appear to be repainted with some new furniture, but the "remodel" was largely cosmetic --they didn't even bother to change out the 30 year old outlets and switches"

"Pictures were taken after our 2 nights’ stay, looked nicer when we arrived. Nice hotel, Welcoming front disk, good breakfast and not super early. They had omelets or scrambled eggs , pancakes, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, boiled eggs, milk , tea , coffee , cereal , bagels. They also had juice but it wasn’t good. Room was clean. Beds were high (not the best choice for kids, I always fear they may fall). Contained a desk, 2 chairs, 2 queen beds, microwave and mini fridge. Room’s view was ok. Planes’ landing sounds did not bother us much , we enjoyed watching them from our window and they were less often at night. The iron’s tip was broken and kept spilling while ironing but we were in a hurry so I didn’t ask for another, ironed with caution and let it dry and it worked. Did not disappoint, Would stay here again."
