"Absolutely not. Wait time with appointment was short. But the man taking my blood didn’t say ONE WORD to me, and kept going on and on about how his girlfriend didn’t trust him. Not even talking to me; yelling to to the other lab tech in another room with another patient. Insane."

"I ended up missing my first initial appointment because I was not aware that your facility only does name call outs…i only found out because i called the facility wondering why 45 minutes had passed from my scheduled appointment time and had not been seen yet. when your website, check in emails and text message reminders ALL say that a TEXT message will be sent to you when its your time to be seen, and that you can wait in your car or inside the building. Not only did I lose money from having to miss work the next day/having to reschedule because of this lack, but I could've potentially lost the job opportunity I was drug testing for. Do better."

"This place is Horrible!! I had a scheduled appt for a drug screen for school at 9:30am. It’s now 11:15am and I’m still waiting. I have seen people come a go and even asked if they are taking people by appt or walk-in. I was told appt has priority, so I advised the tech my appt was at 9:30 and I still haven’t been seen. He got an attitude and said well there is only two of us, we will get to you soon. Other people were waiting as well and we although their appt times were after mine they were still seen first."

"Walked in for service. Amazed at how everyone that was in line ahead of me taken in the order they signed in. The reception person ( didn’t catch her name) was pleasant and professional. Robert my phlebotomist was obviously well versed at what his job is because of the smoothness of how he performed his duties. Will return. The wait? I expect waits these days, How I’m treated is what matters."
