Executive Inn of Arlington, Near AT&T Stadium

"Do not stay at this place!!!! I made reservations through Expedia in Sep 2023. Four days before my reservation in February 2024, I received a message saying ," a vehicle drove into the front of our budling. The fire marshal has closed all damaged rooms in the front of our building and your reservations have been cancelled. We will process a refund, and takes two to three business days to reflect on your payment method." However, they later refused to refund my money , stating I did not "confirm" the cancellation. Expedia finally did refund my money, and hats off to them."

"Place is horrible. To start off there was dried blood all over the bathroom. There were bugs and hair all in the bed. Mattress and blankets were from the 80s. Berry poorly kept up. When I went to the office they were extremely rude and wouldn’t refund anything. We left didn’t even stay."

"Just stayed in this room for 2 days while at the supercross. They didn't mention there is a 20 dollar parking fee on an event day until after the booking was paid for. I had already paid for parking at the stadium. Also room was sub par even for a 2 star place. the shower was not any good, the ceiling fan missing the covers, the toilet paper holder was broke, the room needs some serious updates. Then it say free Wi-Fi. It has issues. It shows 2 bars then will show 0 bars, for the signal strength, then if it does ever connect it is so slow you just don't use it. To frustrating to wait to use I just used mu 5g phone. I am writing this as I am spending the last night here. We got back to room and both keys suddenly didn't work. Imagine that. Went to office to get fixed and told them about the internet problem. Nothing changed so I called and no one would answer room line so I called on cell, alas no answer. I would not recommend this place just for a night."

"This place is no five star hotel but it is a very well priced and in walking distance to AT&T stadium. I was worried about all the negative reviews but the room was clean I did not see any roaches or bugs at all and the staff was very friendly. All in all it was better than I expected and in a great location. If you're expecting a five-star hotel this is definitely not the place for you, if you're looking for a low-cost place to stay next to the stadiums and don't mind staying in a older hotel this is a decent spot."

"Booked only because we were in town for the Cowboys/Packers game. Gave us s room where toilet was broken, bathroom door wouldn't close and heater didn't have a cover. They switch us to another room and dirty bathroom floor, ceiling vent in bathroom no cover and very loud. Hole in bathroom wall. Toilet paper holder broken hanging off the wall...Hot water wasn't hot and knob was not put on and couldn't turn on. Bed sheets had dirty spots. Front door only one lock and cold came in through. And had to pay an extra 20.00 for parking. I had already paid 85.00 for this horrible room and to pay for parking sucked even more"
