"Terrible stay. Rooms weren't cleaned very good, they smelled like smoke. The key cards wouldn't work. The front desk was rude also. When there are 10+ people lined up in the lobby after midnight then something needs to be fixed."
"Take a taxi, Uber or Lyft. Do not rely on “shuttle vehicle”. It’s a hit or miss, and can take a few hours and there’s 3 comfort in shuttle vehicles, the one for this hotel rarely shows up. Rooms overall are ok, just save yourself time."

The rooms have been clean and quiet, the ambient sound has been harmonious and all the staff was eager to help us in any way possible, they even went out of their way to help me by arranging a quiet office space so that I could have a zoom meeting without any distractions."
"I was checked in by Victoria I was taking care of by Rosemary. They are both extremely awesome. Rosemary has been awesome every time I stay here. I would compare this property to any Hilton property that I've ever stayed at. The best beds in the country!"
