"Loved it here! The location is so beautiful on the inside. It does appear empty, but overall it looks well kept. The ladies at LabCorp (suite located upstairs) were wonderful and friendly. They made the process so easy and I would definitely go back to them again. I really hate getting my blood drawn, but both ladies did an excellent job. Thank you!"
"They helped my child through a blood draw when he was crying and scared. They were gentle and kind. They got it right the first time and made our experience as painless as possible. The room was hard to find in the building, but there wasn't any wait when we arrived."
"We went to the Labcorp on Stone Oak where it was closed, even though they are supposed to be open until 5. Therefore we went to this location instead. I called to find out when they take their last patient and left a message. This was 4 days ago, so far no return call. We got there at 4 p.m. and they close at 4:30. The lady was not very nice. I suppose she was miffed because we were there "late". She couldn't find the correct orders. She said we would probably have to pay over $400 because Medicare doesn't pay on that kind of testing. Come to find out those orders were from a different doctor. She finally found the right orders and drew the blood. Unfortunately one of the vials was contaminated and could not be used. I think she wasn't careful because she was upset. To top it off we had to go back for another blood draw to get the complete results that the doctor wanted."
"Have used this location before. Always made an appointment which moves you to the front of the line. Today had an appointment and several people went in ahead of us. Explanation: they signed in before you did. Lesson learned: don't bother getting an appointment since you are seen based upon when you sign in. From past experience, I assume this is a new policy at this location. Next time - using Quest!"
"This Labcorp location lost my sample. Labcorp corporate told me to contact this location to figure out what happened. "Tiffany" was the only person on duty today. She didn't answer the phones even though I called many times (at least 6 times) throughout the day. I finally went in person and found a locked door, 30 minutes before closing. After refusing to let me talk to her for several minutes, she finally opened the door to tell me to go away. She admitted to not taking a single call all day from anyone, loudly complained about both me and other customers who she had shut out when closing early (at least one of whom had an appointment and said that her refusal was putting his job at stake. She refused to help him reschedule even though she was choosing not to honor his appointment), refused to do a basic search of their records to verify what had happened to my sample, and began loudly and violently screaming obscenities and insults before slamming the door in my face. She was the rudest, loudest, and most unprofessional desk staff I have met anywhere in my life, and made a nightmare situation with Labcorp who had already lost my results much worse as she refused to give me the information I needed to track down my sample, even though I had been sent by Labcorp corporate to their site to get it. Corporate said that this location hadn't even sent the sample to the lab and there were no records of it, already justifying this 1 star review. If there were negative stars, I would give them."
