"I went to the Quest at 11613 N Central Expy Suite 120, Dallas, TX 75243 today for lab work. My toddler moved several of the chairs in the waiting area a few inches while waiting. When the two staff members opened the door, neither greeted me. They talked passive aggressively about the chairs being moved as if I wasn’t there. One of them pointed inside. I walked inside and didn’t know where to go because the staff member was silent. When she drew my blood, she pricked me harder than normal. I now have a large bruise on the area."

"The Mexican lady is the most rudest person I've ever encountered in the medial field. I've been to this location twice for drug screenings and she seems to have the worse days everytime I come. Quest definitely should reevaluate this position and post an opening on Indeed ASAP. My suggestion is choose another location."

"I created my account online so the check in process was extremely easy through a text message they sent me. They brought me in 2 min after I got there and the technician was very professional and efficient, she did a great job drawing my blood, the whole process took less than 10min."

"This QD location had very bad reviews, however I decided to try it anyway since it was close to where I live. The location was not hard to find. The waiting area was very clean and neat. I checked in through the kiosk when I arrived (located in the lobby). I missed my appointment time so I was added to the waitlist which mentioned I may have to wait 60+ minutes before being seen. I only ended up waiting 15 minutes before I was seen! I was there to take a drug test for my employer. The staff member that helped me was a Hispanic lady that was very nice and personable. The testing area was neat and clean. She gave clear instructions on what to do and the bathroom was also clean. She also mentioned my employer would receive results within 24 hours, which was a great turn around time. The overall process went by very quickly. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I would recommend this location and would visit again in the future if necessary."

"I have had to come here several times either for a pre-employment drug screening or for lab work. I also bring my kids here for lab work occasionally. I am not sure if it is due to the pressure of the job itself or they just don't like the job but the staff are very, very unfriendly and very, very unprofessional. In my opinion, they are unnecessarily very rude and it's highly uncalled for. They talk and act frustrated all the time. You can tell right off that they don't like the job. They are just forcing themselves to be there. Each time I have had to go there, I just try my best to ignore their attitude, let them get either the blood or urine sample and get out of there"
