"I am very satisfied with the efficiency here; I showed up before opening and was the third person in line without an appointment and I was done within a half hour. The technicians I have seen were both good, guess I'm just lucky."
"Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff is horrendous. The woman at the front desk was so lazy. Was on her phone watching videos and told me she couldn’t take payment because the internet was slow. Pathetic. What was worse was the incompetence by the asian woman who took my blood. Completely missed the vein in my right arm and pushed in the needle causing more pain. She tried my left arm and didn’t even use an alcohol swab. I have bruising on both arms now. These people should be fired. How they are still in business blows my mind."
"I would give 0 stars if i could. I called this location 7 times in a row at 3:40 to make sure they were open before getting off work to come. Never answered. I walk to the door 3:57 and the doors were locked, i knocked and called back and left a message. I came today at 12:19 before their lunch, called 7 times in a row, no answer i walked in the front desk lady was ignoring phone calls she was on her phone on Instagram… i asked what time they lock up she said 4:30, i repeated how the doors were locked at 3:57, the phlebotomist walked by and said “no i locked the door at 4:30” i said i knocked several times at 3:57, she said no you didn’t … i said check your messages i called a minute later and left a message and she said, “No”. Wouldn’t even check the message to verify. Very rude and unpleasant, until I was in the chair then the fake nice came out. People take off part of their work day to come by, for them to close 30+ minutes early. Please have a supervisor assist with how this clinic is ran and operated. They need customer service training, and to get off their personal phones when assisting patients. Very rude."
"Only because I had to give 1 star. My recent encounter with LabCorp has been nothing short of utterly disheartening. I feel compelled to share my experience to caution potential customers about the depths of disappointment I've plumbed, and to emphasize the appalling cleanliness issues I encountered. From the outset, my interaction with this company was fraught with frustration. I am still unable to contact company after multiple attempts However, the true disappointment manifested in the quality of the product or service I received and the shocking state of their premises. It's as if LabCorp had a complete disregard for any semblance of excellence and basic hygiene. The place was shockingly dirty, I encountered, such unsanitary conditions! the band used to tie around my arm to draw blood was FILTHY. torn up paper from used alcohol swabs were everywhere the chair had stains that for my mental sake I hope wasn't dried up blood even the organizer that holds the tools needed to draw blood looked very unorganized. To say that this experience fell short of expectations would be a colossal understatement. Perhaps the most disheartening aspect of this ordeal was the total absence of accountability. I've seen hundreds of reviews and all have stated the same problems. The worst of all they have not sent my lab work to my doctor which is causing me severe mental problems. I've had a chronic condition for years now and it is unfortunately escalating and getting an appointment with my doctor is hard enough but now since I can't get my blood work in the time promised I will have to wait another grueling month to find out how far my chronic illness has advanced because of extremely delayed simple bloodwork. In summation, I can only describe my involvement with LabCorp as a disheartening nightmare in a disgustingly dirty environment. My sincere hope is that future customers do not have to endure the same woeful journey I was subjected to. Regrettably, I must advise anyone considering LabCorp to exercise extreme caution. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. Please for the sake of your health GO SOMEHWHERE ELSE I implore LabCorp to reflect deeply on the colossal disappointment they've caused, both in terms of their service and their lack of cleanliness. Such a profound disappointment should serve as a catalyst for transformative change. I sincerely hope they heed this stark critique and embark on a path toward redemption by closing all LabCorp labs in existence."
"My visit today was outstanding. Joe was at the front desk and needed more information for my labs and he went above and beyond and called my doctor to get the information so that I didn’t have to drive all the way back to my doctor. If he wouldn’t have called, I would’ve just trashed the orders and never did the blood work. Joe was really kind and again went above and beyond. The KIOSK was kind of cool but I think someone who isn’t used to technology may have a hard time with all of the inquiries. The office was clean and in order. The female who drew my blood in the back was very nice and welcoming as well. I don’t know why this place has a 2.9 rating. They recently moved suits so maybe this will help reviews. There was no wait l. A great visit! Thanks Labcorp!"
