Been to other quests 4 times a year for a decade, never had such bad service or been told this. Insane… you need 30min to find parking that isn’t 30$"

"Never again. I waited over an hour to get a blood draw. My appointment was at 1210. When I arrived there was a sign saying it was closed due to incline t weather. It's just cold. No snow or ice. I checked in think there are other people waiting so the sign is wrong. Apparently they left for lunch. Terrible customer service. They saw us waiting and literally pushed back my appointment by 50 min. Didn't say a word."
