"My family stayed here for a trip. DO NOT, CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT STAY HERE. Everyone in my family came back home with bed bug bites, my younger sister’s arm was completely puffed up as a result. The mattresses and sheets had questionable stains all over them. Blankets were broken and torn. The outside of the hotel smelled awful and had trash strewn all over the parking lots and front. The refrigerator inside of the room was dirty but not dirtier than the towels which they couldn’t even use to clean because they were too dirty. The laundry room smelled bad enough to discourage washing clothes there and on top of all of that, it cost more than 100 to stay there. Unfortunately, my family had to leave to another inn because my sister’s bed bug bitten arm made it impossible to continue to sleep there. Writing this review to warn any other family, especially one like mine that doesn’t have too many options for affordable hotels, to STAY AWAY! If I could give this place a 0, I would completely but unfortunately Google doesn’t have that option that this hotel desperately needs. Do yourself a favor and search hard for another place."

"If i could give a 0 star i would, i wasnt able to sleep all night due to getting bitten by bed bugs ALL NIGHT, i had to kill a bed bug myself, i found blood stains on the covers, and yellow stains on the mattress, plus the bugs! I called the reception to ask for itch relief lotion, and was told to get some in the morning. Do NOT recomend, room also smelled bad when i got there."

"I HAVE Lived HERE TWO YEARS. ITS A GREAT PLACE FOR SINGLE RETIREES. WE HAVE A BUS STOP (#33) IN FRONT THAT CONNECTS TO STOPS WITH NO.1.25.29.72 IN LA GRAN PLAZA OR NO 25 ON THIS SIDE OF I35. . WE ARE CLOSE TO SEVERAL REALLY GOOD FAST FOOD PLACES, La GRAN PLAZA SEVERAL STRIP MALL SHOPPING AREAS Other MOTELS AND GROCERY STORES."
