AC Hotel by Marriott Fort Worth Downtown

"Very nice hotel with a "modern" esthetic design. It was very clean and mostly to my expectations of a 4 star hotel. The bar area, bartender, and drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot give a 5 star rating for two reasons. One, because the standard room we got was noticeably smaller than the standard room size at most hotels. Second, when we arrived at the room we were given, it had not been cleaned at all after the last guest that occupied it. The front desk did quickly give us a new room, but it was an inconvenience that I would not expect of a 4 star hotel."

"My husband and I stayed there 1/12-1/14. The lady who was working the night shift checked us in and was wonderful. She went above and beyond! We got in after 11PM that evening and she was so accomodating and even gave us an upgrade! We for sure would come back! The valet were great too!"

"The Hotel itself is nice and is also centrally located to entertainment and other attractions. The Staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. We enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel lounge and the bar tender was very friendly as well. However, our stay in the hotel room was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning supposedly works on some sort of motion controlled thermostat. It does not kick on to cool to your desired temperature until the room is 3 degrees higher than the temp you have selected. Needless to say, the room was hot and we never used our cover all night. Unacceptable for a $250 price! Also, the Valet service is terrible, crowded, slow, expensive, and unorganized. Until the valet and A/C is improved, I would not recommend staying here."

"This hotel is well located. The front desk staff is very nice. However, we were extremely disappointed in the valet. There is NO self parking option, and valet is $45 a night. While this may make sense due to the downtown location, what is completely unacceptable are the valet wait times. We waited 30 minutes to get our car at one point, and almost 50 minutes the second time. There appeared to be 2, maybe 3 valet staff working, and cars did not come frequently. Many folks around us waiting were missing important plans like weddings, etc.. When I spoke to the Operations Manager to provide feedback, he was unapologetic and said "it's valet or no parking at all". This was a nice, reasonably priced hotel, but we will stay elsewhere in the future."

"The hotel is in an amazing location, close to lots of restaurants. The rooms have always been nice and very clean. The employees are super friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a cozy bar with lots of seating and great drinks. The service from bartender Rolando was phenomenal! He makes the best drinks and is super friendly! He is most definitely an asset to this hotel, and my husband and I look forward to seeing him at the bar on our next visit!"
