"What a pleasant experience! Scheduler went out of her way to find an appointment convenient to me and for the same day I called. Advised me of the necessary preparations, confirmed my insurance and gave me the address and directions to their facility. On arrival I was immediately checked in, paid my co-pay and was called back for my ultrasound. The technician, Bagar, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The facility was immaculate and seemed well staffed. Definitely a jewel in the medical testing field."

"I had an MRI at Up and Open Imaging today and loved my visit there. I tried a regular MRI machine first at my own location and could lot lie flat on my back without a lot of pain in my lower back and knees. When I found out that this place had an upright MRI machine I made an appointment. It was an hour drive but so worth it. You can actually sit up in it. It was very comfortable like sitting in a padded chair. It was also less noisy and I even got to watch tv during the procedure. The staff was wonderful, very caring and friendly. I can only recommend this place to anyone who cannot go through the tunnel machine for various reasons."
