"I love this pharmacy! But.. I hate when I call and Tracy answers as she’s not helpful, she’s short, and never pleasant. This is not the first time I’ve been frustrated with my interaction with her. Otherwise, they take care of me and are very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist and the young man that work there are STELLAR."

"Tracy in the pharmacy is so rude. I've only interacted with her 3 times and she was rude every single time. I wish I could just always deal with the other people at the pharmacy, the young guy is so nice, I'm so relieved when he is at the counter. I try to stick to a bit of a routine just so I don't run into Tracy but sometimes she's there and I can't avoid her. Tina in the store is also amazing. Honestly I think if that pharmacy tech is rude the next time I have to talk to her on the phone or in person I'm going to just transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Life is too short to deal with hateful people just to get your medication."

"Our CVS (Brownsboro Rd) closes as of today, I had a new Rx that I needed filled, I was told to call any other CVS and they will handle the transfer. I called and was immediately told thanks for calling, hold and after being on hold 30 min at the 3708 Bardstown Rd location, I called the Lexington Rd location and the woman was extremely professional and super friendly. She made transferring my Rx to them quick and easy. I am now glad I was on hold and am switching to the Lexington Rd location. Update: sad that good service didn’t last long! It never fails now always an issue when the pharmacy tech with short curly reddish hair who yells at everyone is working. She’s just rude and the fact that anyone who has to pay more than $40 for a Rx she yells it’s X amount for your Rx, you sure you want it. Ma’am, yes I need my medicine as I’m sure so does everyone else. Here I sit waiting on them to fill my Rx that was supposed to be ready Tuesday. 30 min later I ask status and told your next. There is a young man who works here when he is here no issues but of course he can’t work everyday darn it. Anyone know of a good pharmacy I’m completely open to changing."
