"My nearly-14-YO greyhound suffered a catastrophic medical event yesterday. For the first time in 25 years of adopting greyhounds I was unable to find a vet available to come to our home and help her pass. I was aware of Dr. Tran and Mari through an acquaintance. We took her there on a Saturday night. Mari patiently helped me over the phone to find their office. The office was very clean and organized. The restroom was spotless. Dr. Tran and Mari were both extraordinarily kind to us and to my girl. They came out to our vehicle to administer the medications and I was able to be with her and hold onto her. After she passed away they were respectful of her body. I heard Mari talking to her. Dr. Tran sedated her first at my request. They arranged for her to be picked up by the crematory at my request. This clinic was available to me at a time when I was desperate to ease my girl’s suffering. I could not have asked for more in the way of kindness and competence. I’m very grateful."
