"Today , I went to pick up some medicine for my brother in the Walgreens at 3600 Fern Valley Rd, Louisville 'KY 40219.The person who attended us check in the computer and told us that the order wasn't in that pharmacy, she told us first the name of one pharmacy and then changed and said another one.We asked her if she can change the order for the current location and she said " let me check if the insurance approve " ... after some second she said " the insurance does not approved to change the pharmacy location" OK, We went to the other pharmacy Walgreens in Outer Loop , there they told us that the order was in the pharmacy in 3600 Fern Valley Rd and they gave us a paper whit this information. Ok, we comeback to 3600 Fern Valley and another person was at that time, we explained the situation and he looks for the order and he didn't see the order but he asked to another employee. The other employee look in the computer and found the order. We were too frustrated. We told then to please make sure this not happened with other clients because they do not know if people have a transportation for go from one place to another or if people have time to do it and we recommend to training better the employee and in the case they do not know something just ask , ... in my opinion is better to ask than make a mistake ... well this guy was so rude and told me " Do you want to work here ? Do you want to apply? " and also " I do not need to training my employee" ... well I was more frustrated because they make a mistake and they did not apologize .... they didn't care about client ."

"The pharmacy is not open the weekends, so i had to come on Monday when I got sick on Friday smh people do get sick on the weekends... when I do come they always have super long line. DO NOT GET YOU PRESCRIPTION FILLED HERE. not only are they not open on weekends they are also uncompassionate and disrespectful!!! I can't believe the kind of service i received. When is Walgreens turn heartless."
