"Cleanest hotel we've stayed in, in Lubbock! Excellent customer service. Heads up for winter-goers, the pool is inside, but it's not heated, and that room was a little chilly. But the hot tub and the sauna were nice and hot."
"Nice to know discrimination still exist. If you’re a person of another race they will look down on you and treat you differently. Yeah people in 2023 racism still exist in Lubbock Texas. I spoke with another guest here who can confirm what I’m saying is true. Good thing I am one of the few Brown people who is not a sell out and I am not ashamed of what I am. I ain’t no coconut wishing to be another race and I’m not hating myself to be accepted by a society that believes they are superior. On the flip side I have respect for other races regardless of their skin color. But that doesn’t mean I’m exempt from experiencing discrimination because I’m cool with Bob. But by the Bob’s I experience it by are the ones I have a problem with. Get a more diverse staff."
"Elevator smells like feet room had stains on carpet service was good elevator floors made cracking sounds Internet is week on 4 floor if you want to come for the good service then yes but for good rooms go somewhere else"
"Don’t stay here, there are far better options available in Lubbock. This lacking establishment really thinks they are something, it’s comical how low the bar is set. The rooms aren’t even nice, no food, totally understaffed operation, manager never around. Smells like mildew so if you are sensitive to odor……the carpet is filthy in the room. The spots were so prominent it looked as if it were the design of the carpet, but no, it was just dirt. Whats good, they have a washing machine and dryer."
