"This CVS will not answer the phone. I have a question about my rx, and I have been holding for almost an hour, and nobody will answer. this happens every time I try to call. they are forcing people to use their app to check order status, but good luck if you have a question about your meds. The drive thru is just as slow. When I picked up this Rx I spent 30 minutes in line. there were 3 cars in front of me and it took that long to get them through. I guess maybe they are short handed? I wish I could speak to a pharmacist about my medicine"

"Highly disappointed I cannot give negative stars. The absolute worst pharmacy in a 125 mile radius. I cannot believe they are not forced to close with how poorly this specific building is run. Calling is a waste, many other reviews point this out and it is not a stretch when people talk about being on hold for over an hour. Called back 3 times in a row(40mins on hold each) because I need to transfer my medication to a store that will actually answer the damn phone. If you have not heeded the warnings from the reviews, you will be severely mistreated. It is difficult to comprehend how the owner of this establishment can be allowed to operate their business in New Albany. I really hope I get the point accross on how awful this building is. I'm not sure I have enough character count to properly inform the public. This is hands down the worst pharmacy. If you had to walk 40 miles on nails and glass to get to another pharmacy, it would be well worth the walk."

"Was on hold for more than an hour before someone finally answered. This has happened before. The staff, one particular female in the pharmacy is always rude! Plus they showed that I had no refills on my medication, when in fact I had 2 more refills on it. I would have drove to the location, but I was sick. Time to switch."

"This place is a joke. I have a prescription that I get filled every single week and I never can call them and ask about it. I have to drive there which is 20 minutes away because they will never answer the phone due to shortage of staff. which is a bunch of garbage pick the phone up people need their medicine and need to be able to talk to someone about it. I was told by the pharmacy technician Larry that when they’re understaffed that’s the first thing that goes is the telephone they don’t answer it CVS you really need to do something about this problem. It’s ridiculous, and it’s a shame you all don’t have negative stars cause I would give you the biggest amount I could"

"If negative stars were a thing this CVS would earn that. My family has had issue after issue with their pharmacy. Our final straw tonight was waiting over 30 minutes in the drive through for a medication for my son. Only to be informed they were out of that medication (cough syrup) and wouldn't have it for a WEEK! NEVER AGAIN will I send a prescription to this store. Do better CVS."
