"Once again, I visited their store in Clarksville, IN and had a horrible experience. I never learn my lesson the first time and rarely write reviews. But, I am disgusted at ho this store is managed. Nobody should wait in a line for plus 20 minutes to pay for goods. Only 2 cashiers serving the entire store"

"I made a drive-up order for 2 items. I arrived to the store 30 minutes after placing my order, it was still shown as processing. I went inside to ask about it/try to pick it up. There was a young guy sitting on his phone behind the counter. I got his attention and asked about my order. He told me the drive-up orders take at least 2 hours to be put together. Instead of simply offering to grab my 2 items, THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR, he told me to come back tomorrow and went back to sitting on his phone.Of course my order was ready right when I arrived home just 20 minutes later. If it is going to take that long then it needs to be displayed somewhere when you place an order. The reason I placed an order online was to save nearly $40. Otherwise I would have cancelled the order and grabbed them myself."
"Placed my order online (gifts for Christmas); and ready to pick up the next day! One of the items was out of stock, that was ok, as when I placed my order the inventory was 1. So appreciate that I received a separate email to indicate that. When I went to pick up the order, it was easy to find where to go and I was assisted with my order pick up within minutes. Thank you!"
"I was SO pleased with the Black Friday shopping experience! It was late morning and I expected the store to be a wreck. Nope! To my amazement and excitement everything was orderly making items AND sizes easy to find. The sale prices were great. And ,one of the more important things to me was, there were actually cashiers working. The lines were not long either! Thank youTarget!!!"
