"Absolutely terrible. I guess they Are better than wal greens. But still terrible. Your drive thru is pathetic. You text when prescriptions aren’t ready, saying they are. I’ve gone into the store in person, and your employees would rather stock the shelves, then take care of the line. Pharmacy is an absolute joke, knowing people have to get their medicine and have no empathy of how they run or quickly they go."

"Had the doctor send in a prescription on Tuesday. Just received the call today, Friday, that it can be picked up. This facility does NOT care about you in any way shape or form. They are literally why I was forced to come off medicine previously that made me sick because they were not timely/even open to pick it up. I went to check on my medicine at 2 p.m. on Tuesday and their pharmacy was closed until 9 am the following morning. Terrible place, and I would not consider them valuable for anything."

"My prescription was called in by my doctor 10/21/23. I can see the antibiotic in my profile via the app. It says it will be ready on Monday. I go up to the pharmacy on Saturday, they’re closed. I call the pharmacy and they claim the script never got called in. It was deleted. I understand the staffing issue, but scripts should never be deleted out of a profile."

"**Updated** Post from October 2023 This store is a hot mess. I waited for over 30 minutes on the phone to talk to the pharmacy and can't get through. I called the store and they said that the pharmacy can't answer because there is one person working. My medication (pretty standard prescription) was supposed to be filled by 1pm yesterday (they stated this on their app), but still wasn't ready by next day, even with a request to expedite the prescription. I would love to transfer back to Walgreens, but insurance limits us to CVS. I will be changing my insurance as soon as I can because I can't count on my local CVS to deliver basic services. Ever. Nothing has changed since my first post. Posted in January 2023 My family and I had appointments for flu shots. We scheduled them on the CVS website over a week before. I received emails and texts (many of them) confirming our appointments over the past week and the morning of our appointment. I took time off to go to the appointment. I woke the kids up early for the appointment. We get to the store and a pharmacy staff member (1 of at least 4 that I saw), and they tells us that they only have two lab techs present and that they can't give us our flu shots. They claim that I received an email telling us this. I didn't. I got email and text communications telling us to show up and how to check in. Regardless, they were unwilling to give us our shots. The lady told me two times that they were not going to give us our shots because of low staff. The lack of concern was disappointing. Note: at the time we were in the store, there were no customers in line. If you choose to book an appointment with this store, be prepared to call ahead or be turned away."

"This is a dying company, they need to just close every location and dissolve the brand. They stopped having any 24 hr stores in Louisville, thats bad enough, but now they don't even stay open their regularly posted hours. Sunday, at 5:30pm, they were closed. They were supposed to be open till 7pm. Multiple customers were trying to go inside. Cvs quit caring years ago."
