"The worst!!!! Had the most horrible experience I could’ve imagined at this place today. I will never utilize this company for a drug test again. I literally had to argue with a lady by the name of Sara who also threatened to tamper with my urine sample and document notes stating that I refused to take a drug test for a job because she basically didn’t want to service me. I have never in my life felt so disrespected at a company."

"I used to come to this pharmacy all the time for my prescription. My insurance changed and now I can't come here anymore. That made me sad until today. Due to a shortage or something that I don't fully understand, narcotic painkillers are not available at the pharmacy that works with my insurance. I was sent by my oral surgeon to Walgreens to instead get my medication there. The pharmacist on duty today was INCREDIBLY rude. He was snippy with me on the phone when I tried to explain my situation. Then, my husband and I came to the store to see what was up and he literally YELLED at my husband as if he was speaking with a naughty child. Not only are we upset, but I am still unsure what to do about the pain I'm experiencing after surgery. This man was not simply unhelpful -- he was tremendously unkind. He used a very loud voice to tell us that some "random people who went to a random doctor to get a prescription and the state of Indiana says that's very, very illegal". We are not addicts or drug dealers. We're just people who are trying to get through a post-surgery as smoothly as possible. And this rude individual was far from helpful in that process."

"Came here to print 2 pages of a normal document and they couldnt figure out how to print them. Took literllay 45 min to get 2 simple pieces of paper printed just like you would print at home on a printer. One lade was very nice and knew what she was doing but she got stuck with a line at the front register while I got stuck with what seems to be clueless employees."

"Worst walgreens location I have ever been to. I just went to get a couple of small things quickly....well the store only had 3 people in it, but yet all three of us had to stand their for 10 minutes or more waiting for the one chasier to finally come over and check us out. She was rude and didn't apologize or explain what she was doing. Their ancient card reader wouldn't read my brand new card and after a few quick attempts she very rudely said "clearly it isn't going to read you have to pay another way." Not even an attempt to provide a minimum level of customer service. Will never go to this location again."
