"The vaccine part was quick and affordable. I also got a rx for bravecto. When ordered from petco it took forever (they blamed delays verifying when it’s their own company, plus I got an email saying it was verified still a week+ before the 2 day shipping item was shipped). When the wrong product finally arrived, they refused to exchange it. Since taking my rx elsewhere I’m now being told vetco is stating my pet is not a patient. I will never give petco or vetco my business again at this point."

"Took my Shih Tzu in to get a simple groom and wash they were rude when my wife arrived to drop off our sweet baby and when she was done went to pick up and she was never given a bath still dirty i never figured we would give petco a review like this but wow i will not ever use their grooming services again"

"When I stopped by for a shot for my dog the kids in the vet clinic were laughing and socializing. After being ignored for 15 minutes, I left. I did carefully watch to make sure but they were purely laughing and enjoying themselves. They were not occupied with customers or pets. It feels rude to watch customers being ignored by the employees"
