"Feb. 17, 2024 It was about 9:30 am to 10:00 am - I have been coming here for months getting my cat prescription food. I have not been able to get the card they said I needed because the hospital is closed on the weekends. I was not informed that the other location was open on the weekends. I had my prescription from the vet. The cashier that was working told me very rudely that she would sell me the food this time but I needed to get the card. I told her I have not had a chance to because I work during the week. She said the Banfield hospital was where I had to go, again very rudely and raising here voice. I asked her what was the hours on the weekend and the location and she started waving her hands telling me she did not know I would have to look it up that it was just down the road. I have never been treated that bad there at all. I usually don't make reviews like this but she was talking down to me like I was a child."

"Grooming was great. Customer service was terrible. Dropped off our dog about 10:30ish. Asked when they closed, which was 8, and informed them that we would be by before close to pick up our dog. We received 2 or three calls explaining they were closing early. Also, saying that there would be a boarding fee. On the invoice, it was an overnight fee. This all happened under 10 hrs. Clearly not overnight. This was not disclosed upfront, which would have left that decision up to us. Long story short, evidently, we had the last pick up, and we were holding up the manager from leaving early. On the receipt, it was a misc charge. To add to this, I emailed the home office and have yet to receive a response."

"Kelsey is a saving grace ! My 7 month old, 6lb kitten had been spayed today at a local clinic and we were sent home with a cone to put on in the comfort of our home. The cone ended up being too big at 10cm so I went not once but twice to PetSmart. The second time after a purchased inflatable cone didn’t work I was desperate. I had an associate help and after some hissing and growling we gave up… Kelsey came past and I asked if they would be willing to help after they shared some care instructions. When I tell u I left that store with tears of happiness and feeling grateful. Kelsey must be a cat whisperer as she handle Mel without fear, with whole calmness and confidence and we are FURever grateful and we are thankful."

"Three stars because customer service was great! But losing 2 stars because of all the dead fish. Come on now, you have employees to discard these and why are so many dying? I only took a few photos but there were more dead fish."

"My experience at pet smart was amazing as always. Which I always love seeing the animals that they have. But this time I purchased one. Where I was signed up for there rewards program I got a bearded dragon for $39.95 instead of $79.99. which is going to be another great member of our large family. Btw I'm the only human in this large family. Lol"
