This law firm seemed like the perfect fit and they seemed like they really cared for the individuals they are supposed to be helping. When we first payed them they were very helpful answering any questions etc. after our case was filed, we received a NOID. When we met up to go over what to do they tried to charge us $1000 just to help us gather more info and sent the documents? We could only afford $500. I was told our response would be ok within USCIS response time. Well today our case was denied because we quote “did not respond in a timely manner”. It seems like I can never get a hold of anyone when I call, I just get emails after I call and they seem disinterested while my whole life is falling apart. I’m not ignorant to the fact that my case is not the only one but some urgency or show of concern would be appreciated after we spent so much money and time. I also put blame on USCIS Texas service center as well. I’m so disappointed in my experience and if I were you I would do thorough research of immigration attorneys and their approval rate."
