ORIGINAL POST: I would be hesitant to recommend this agency - especially if you are a mission team traveling internationally. Slower service. Should have monitored fares as they dropped, did not set expectations about seating which cost our team more money, not responsive, did not even give our names to the airline, so had to wait until they could correct in order to get seats."
