"This location opening was a god-send. The staff is fantastic, they are very patient and informative. They are also very down to earth and make classes fun. There is a great mix of people, so I don’t feel out of place being a beginner. I’ve been taking classes now for a month and a half and it has given me my life back. Due to COVID and life over the last few years, I have been battling constant fatigue and struggling to do basic tasks like carrying groceries and taking laundry up and down stairs. This location opening motivated me to try something new in the hopes it would help me become stronger and healthier. It has made me feel like myself again and I’m able to not only do chores around my house, but go out after work and on weekends enjoying life and having fun. I’m so thankful for everyone here, and look forward to getting even stronger!"
