"Jd @ Jefferson mall discriminates against people with mental disability and disorders. 70% of their staff fall under this category I suffer from a major case of obsessive compulsive disorder and shoes are what are effected by my o.c.d. and if I find the smallest thing wrong with shoes I have obtained whether through purchases or gifts I exchange them @ the store they were purchased for shoes that aren't defective and because I sometimes exchange shoes from jd shoes @ finishline or vise versa because I was told they are both the same store but I keep getting my account flagged by the manager of jds and treated like a thief or even @ times like I'm stupid and I'm talked down too. The manager pretends to be nice to my face and like nothing is wrong and then go's and flags my account once I'm gone instead of being a man and talking to me about whatever his reason is that he has a problem with me. I don't steal from anyone and the merchandise I return is always unworn and still in new condition. I collect shoes when they are not defective and I'm always looking for a deal in different stores but the manager of both jd and finishline have made it perfectly clear that I'm not welcome n their stores and it's discriminating and hateful when all I do is spend money I. Their store and exchange shoes if they are defective like I said I suffer from a disability and get treated like garbage by this company"
