"Friendly staff and good selection however size options on cleats and balls can be limited. Our competitive team kits were ordered here and came in great time plus great condition. I love going to get items for myself to wear for our competitive team and both of my kids think it’s heaven for finding professional team kits. Price is good for officially licensed items and we have found some unique items there as well. Make sure to sign up for their membership as it’s free and can save you a good bit."
"I have spent many hundreds of dollars in this store, and on July 29th bought a pair of 95.00 dollar Adidas cleats for my son. These cleats started busting out at the seams only after 3 weeks ( that’s approx. 5 practices and one have of a game) Soccer Village refused any kind of refund or even store credit and basically said, sorry, but tough. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous!!! The manager was completely rude and unprofessional. I will no longer spend one dime in this store. Today’s date August 21"
"Inconsistent service. The male staff member refused to make eye contact with me despite being in the shoe area 15-20 minutes. I thought maybe he was a shopper. I flagged down the female staff member who had him come to me (from the register) to the cleat wall. I asked for a ahoe and he said "that doesn't come in a 7". Then he immediately started, once again, helping the one male customer in the shoe area. I got the distinct feeling this individual did not care for women, either that or he was commission-driven. At that point I was going to see if the female was available only to discover she was the one who had been dribbling the ball loudly at the cash wrap. A sound I had been annoyingly hearing the whole time. (I figured it was the other 2 shoppers in the apparel area.) Walked out annoyed. I am an amateur with a wide foot who needed help. None was found on this day. Previously I've gotten good service. Bummer."
"Signed my 4 year old son up for LouCity Academy Juniors for the first time. So we stopped by here to get him geared up. It's a small store with helpful staff and has good quality items. Most are name brands that are on the expensive side. At the time of our visit, they had a starter pack deal at a great price that included cleats, shin guards and a ball. Unfortunately, they had limited stock for the deal and they told us they may not restock for it."
