"I appreciate the heart and purpose of our instructor’s teaching, with a desire to help improve self-defense techniques in a safe environment, to do so in a God-honoring way and provide encouragement to people of all ages and abilities. The facilities are very good for our training and we have a lot of people come and check it out each week, even if they can’t make a regular commitment. From what I gain, I believe this is one of the most effective physical training classes I’ve ever taken and I will continue to go from now on."
