"Twyman academy is really great. Our son is 6 and has a lot of issues with focus and discipline and he just wants to mess around all of the time. He's getting better at these classes and is going to be testing for his yellow belt. The classes and teachers are great and the Twymans are great to work with and really know what they are doing. I believe they are a married couple who has been training and teaching together for over 20 years and it shows. They work well together to teach all of our kids and it's helping our son focus and become stronger and healthier.
