"Neat old building. Was referred to as Station X back in the day when it was being used as a police Operations station. The Hamilton County EMA and civil defense office was located here until the mid 1980's. This was where all of Hamilton County's civil defense sirens were controlled by a rotary system and later ASC Compulert until they suspended all operations and moved to Radcliff Drive. Now it's abandoned, but served an important role in the Cold War era. You cannot enter the building, but the park is very nice."
