Our journey began with our original bourbon distillery in Lexington, where we meticulously mash every ounce of grain by hand to create award-winning bourbon. We have now expanded to Elkwood Farm in Midway, KY, where we grow our own corn on site to push the boundaries of exceptional bourbon and spirits. "We went to the new tasting room for Bluegrass Distillery today. It’s in Midway, KY in a fully resorted mansion built in 1835. An amazing experience in such a spectacular setting.
