"We had our automatic, retractable screens installed about a year ago. They are beautiful, and best of all, we get zero mosquitoes, flies, or those horrible palmetto bugs. Their service had been top-notch. The screens are strong enough that they resist marks or tears, but fine enough to offer a great view outside. We’ve had a couple of minor glitches such as a panel being a little high on one and so pests could scurry in, but each time they’ve come out and promptly fixed the issue. They are professional and courteous. Highly recommend!"

"We purchased an electric outdoor shade from them about a year and a half ago. The installer told us we would need a heavier bar for the blind to work properly and they would get one ordered. We have continuously had issues with the blind not fully closing and skipping out of the track. They refuse to honor their commitment and want to charge now for the bar that should have initially been installed and also a service fee to once again fix it. If you want good customer service, go elsewhere."

"I recently had my rv dining cushions reupholstered at Fabric Bin. From my initial correspondence with Beth to picking up the finished cushions this week, has been AWESOME. I received a quote through texting (I provided dimensions and pictures). The quote was very fair which also included the price of fabric. BTY - their in house fabric selection was amazing although they have books readily available for custom ordering. The lead time was estimated at six weeks, which they finished slightly under. Would strongly recommend using Fabric Bin again and would easily refer to friends and family."
