"Well, I just spent $600.00 fixing one of the two fireplaces that they installed for me. I have had issues since they were put in and have had them out 3 times. I finally found a real fireplace installation company that came out and said they installed the remote and whole system wrong which is why my remote-which was $285- melted. Now I have to have the new company come out when I have built up my repair budget to fix the other one which was also installed wrong. I called the week after Christmas to try and get them out again and it took 30 days for them just to call me back. Not impressed!"
"Jeff and especially Michelle were very helpful to a first time shopper like myself. The fireplace looks great per their suggestion. Unlike Churchill's Fireside & Patio, this place carries the Mendota FV42 and actually makes it easy to purchase the firebox itself. Raymond came out to reorganize the wood set and light up the firebox. He also went above and beyond to help be put on the grace frame. Will be coming back in the future."

"When I was looking at options to replace our old, outdated pre-fab fireplace, I was lucky enough to call and speak with Michelle. She walked me through their selection of wood-burning inserts and found the best option for our application. I decided to take on the install myself due to long lead times, and Michelle got me everything that I needed to complete the job myself. Great customer service and very knowledgable staff."
