Did an amazing job dealing with more than 10 customers by herself even after calling out on her radio and asking for help at which point the other woman went out for a smoke break, this happened today and I was very upset with Marcayas coworker for not helping then coming in with attitude towards Marcaya. "I have always had a good experience with my online orders for in-store pick-up. However lately my orders have been missing items o there is a problem with their system and they say they have never received my order even though I have a confirmation number and have been charged for the order. This is discouraging. When the manager is there there never seems to be a problem."

"I live in Round Rock and have several closer stores but for some reason this one TOPS THE CAKE!! Let's start off with the staff...they are some of the most friendly and helpful people and its EVERY time! Second, I always see some of the best decorations and items I dont find at any other! They have an app where you get coupons, set up pick up and on Sat...$5 off of $25 or more purchases! I get lost for hrs just shopping! Only bad thing is they have so much merchandise that someone is always unloading boxes so it blocks the aisles so no easy pass thru! Thats how you know they have the good stuff! Lol Not stopping me thou!"
