The Norton Neuroscience Institute Resource Center, located at Medical Plaza II in Louisville, Kentucky, is dedicated to helping individuals live their best lives after a neurological condition diagnosis. Patients have access to a wide range of classes, events, and support services to make living with a neurological condition easier and more fulfilling. The center offers services at no cost to Norton Neuroscience Institute patients, thanks to generous donations to the Norton Healthcare Foundation.

Specialized rehabilitation services are available for patients with neurological conditions at the Cressman Neurological Rehabilitation, Norton Neurosciences & Spine Rehabilitation Center, and Norton Specialty Rehabilitation Center – St. Matthews. These centers are designed to support patients in managing their symptoms and care journey, with a focus on restoring driving ability for safe and independent mobility.

Norton Neuroscience Institute also provides on-demand patient education resources for all neurological conditions, with support from the Harold, Juanita, David, Dennis & Gary Koon Charitable Foundation. Nurse navigators are available to support patients through their healthcare journey, offering consultations on medical and personal matters free of charge.
