Even so, though there would be no revenue generated for their store, both James and Jennifer went above and beyond in helping me with the best practices in moving my bed - allowing me to record the process, taking time in multiple phone calls and helping me with the company customer service center when I needed it. This is what it feels like to be valued. In the future, if I purchase anything else - I will go the extra mile to do it from this store as they went the extra many miles for me."

James listened to my list of items I wanted, asked me if I'd be interested in a cooling feature. I am in my maturing years and have been experiencing hot flashes. Now my interest was piqued. I reviewed the choices and weighed the benefits and went with the I6. I now have 3 SN sets and purchased a set for my son's family. James assisted me with all 4 sets. "It’s ok but not for the price. Do not I repeat do not buy the split top. Just read the reviews from all over. It caves in after a year and no they will not help. They know it’s a problem because they offer straps and bars to help but not to fix it. They keep saying 100 days that’s all you had. The regular bed might be ok I don’t know. Just do your research before spending this kind of money. 12-7-22. I did call two times. I told the lady what was going on and she kept me on hold for 8 minutes then hung up each time."
