"Bought a 2 seater sofa. Poor quality leather. The colour faded badly after only one year and appears to be peeling. A furniture engineer attended at a cost of £49 and apparently this is normal. So if you sit in one spot more than another then you have a contrast in colour. Looks awful."

They just want your money and tricking you int merchandise and then your stuck for two years paying on it. They discriminate against African American ive seen it for my own eyes. They Don't like to do business with you all they want is to sell you something and then your stuckbpaying for it. Also retail prices are marked up 30 % if not more on all merchandise . Not judging but just be carefull going in to that place"
