"Horrible. Credit approval process is a nightmare. Ended up going to Home Depot and getting financed and the same unit + 5 year service plan for $450 cheaper. DO BETTER UPDATE: Typical copy and paste reply on all of the complaint reviews. What was done to rectify the credit approval process? Nothing! Because you don't even know what happened and what the issue was. Flakes."

The manager came over at the end of our transaction and explained delivery details. Conn’s will forever be my go to place since shortly after a previous purchase, Hurricane Harvey hit and we lost all of our materialistic possessions and memories such as photos, bibles and such.
