"Terrible customer service!!!! Lori is great! She has always helped me with no problem! But that other lady is terrible!!! She calls me like 5 times a day before they are even open or all day when I’m at work because she says my card didn’t go through… Long story short after like a month come to find out they put my zip in wrong… I would literally have to go In every week just to give them the same card they have on file. Im not sure who she think she is yelling at someone on the phone and being smart with them…"

"I have rent to own washer and dryer pair and I admit I was few days late on payment during the freeze week.But I have never been treated so poorly or been talked down to from someone,I'm not sure of her name but she should be fired on the spot for talking to a customer like she did. By the way I have paid 140+ a month for almost 2 years and they took it back due to not paying for few days late,maybe week or so.if I was manager at that store she would be fired and not a le to work for Aaron's again."
