"I highly recommend this class as it was the perfect introduction to nursing school; my instructor Mrs Christina was very thorough and I felt more than ready for my KMA state exam, and my role as a KMA."
"I Love Mrs. Chris she was a wonderful person and teacher I hope to have more instructors like her I would recommend anyone thinking about CMT training to take her class."
"!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I would absolutely not recommend going here. Actually I am begging you to stay away and not give this place your business or support. In 2020 before the pandemic, I met with a taller, and rude woman with blonde hair. I was inquiring about classes to become a CNA. Meeting this woman I honestly had a really awful feeling in my stomach. The entire time I was there she was talking about and mocking how everyone was over reacting to covid and it was not a big deal. She assured, even promising me, that they would not close due to covid and it was not as bad as everyone was saying. She also told me “they were the only ones who offered CNA classes” which i later realized was a lie. I would like to quote once again she promised me they would not close, and thinking they were the only ones who offered classes I did not want to loose my opportunity to become a CNA. The entire time I had a weird and bad feeling, but I had been recommended to this facility and I wanted to put faith in my friend and also the woman I was speaking with. I finished filling out my forms and paid $400 dollars in cash to take classes there the following week with once again a promise they would not close down due to covid. They closed down the following week due to lockdown and the classes were canceled. Because if this I was unable to email, call, or contact anyone about the canceled the classes or about when they would reopen or a refund. When I was finally able to contact them again they told me they could not refund me or even offer me classes anymore. They told me they emailed me about offering classes again, but when I checked my email and also asked they could show me proof they could not. I even accidentally called another facility because I was under the impression Kentucky health care training institute was the only facility that offered CNA classes. The other facility I contacted on accident was incredibly kind and understanding. Apologizing and offering me classes AND a refund for my trouble. When they realized I had the wrong facility they were still very sympathetic and apologetic that I had such an unprofessional experience at Kentucky health care training and told me it was a lie they where the only place that offered CNA training, and mocking a pandemic was incredibly unprofessional especially of a facility was suppose to train nurses. I wish I could give this place a negative 5 out of 5 stars it was honestly such an awful experience. They are untrustworthy, unprofessional, immature, uncaring, and stole a teenagers money, time, and hope to be a CNA while I was in school to become a doctor. Please please please don’t give this place your support. There are other much more professional, responsible, and kind facilities. I cannot stress this enough please go somewhere else and do not get scammed or your hopes crushed. This facility should be shut down for the treatment they give people."
"I really enjoyed the medication aide class with Chris as the instructor. She is patient and if your were not understanding something in the course she is willing to go back and make sure that you understand before moving forward. She was very thorough and I was definitely prepared for the medication aide state exam. I would recommend this class to anyone."
