"Do not buy anything online from them. I bought a desk on January was told 7 buisness days but it’s been more than 4 weeks and still not delivered. I called and emailed with no help. After 30 min hold on the phone the gentleman said didn’t arrive and no one knows when it will arrive!"

"Found what was advertised in a flyer and was easy to complete my purchase. Delivery fees apply if you can't load your purchase in your vehicle. Some stores deliver free, so that is the only setback."

"I ordered a piece of furniture online and paid for delivery. They said they would call to schedule a time. I missed their call and returned it an hour or so later. They then said tough luck I have to reschedule and pay another delivery fee. I refused and requested a refund. I am still waiting. Do not waste your time with these people."

"No matter if there are zero customers or ten, Bel furniture is by far the slowest in Houston when picking up your furniture. The pick up is connected directly to the warehouse, and they call for the order puller as soon as you turn in your invoice. This is Poor Customer service."

"Received my products on yesterday. I was a bit leery at first being that I made my purchase online. I like to touch things and make sure pieces aren’t flimsy. Well upon delivery yesterday I liked how the gentleman were very careful with my merchandise and upon them unwrapping, and adding the hardware I couldn’t have been more pleased. The pieces are beautiful, very sturdy and definitely make a statement. The 4 stars is for the time it took to get the merchandise. It was well over 1 month. Otherwise great products and great delivery process."
