"The fact that Lexington allows any buildings and building to be near the cities water reservoir’s show the disregard for the cleanliness of water and health and well being of the people of the city. The owners of this are also unconscious and greedy to the fact that this is a major strain and disruption to the habitat of the reservoir and the pollution from these apartment complexes such as trash, sewage, noise, and light pollution will have no positive effects in reality. It is not intelligent to build around reservoirs and shows how unconscious we are to these dangers."

"All and all pretty solid experience living here for the amenities the rent they charge is fair. However I got charged $35 for unscrewing a shower head and not screwing back on for move out I guess that one’s on me though. Staff is pretty cool."

"Be careful on how long you put yourself on the wait list. We were looking forward to moving there but after additional research we decided to buy a house for nearly the same amount as the rent would have been. Had not gotten any offers from being on wait-list and asked to be taken off. Won't refund the $100. Sad that it cost $100 for them to type your name into a computer spreadsheet if they need that money so bad, they can have it computermoney so bad"

The apartments are already complemented in a great color scheme that stands out amongst the many apartments I've resided. I have recommended my friends to this complex and will continue to in the future."
