"Lived in this apartment for going on two years now. At first, it was a pretty okay apartment. It was cheap, good layout, nice staff and amenities. My only complaint was the dirty carpet in the rooms. UNTIL, the ROACH INFESTATION, UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES AND SURPRISE UTILITY CHARGE INCREASE. We have heard from neighbors that they have had a mold, roach and cricket issues. Utilities were sometimes less than a dollar for a 4x4 apartment due to an electrify allowance. That was randomly taken away and now we are charged 30-40 a month. The roaches are everywhere and they do little to help. You have to regularly put in service requests to get any treatment. They will also put holes in your wall and not repair them for months on end. Fyi, there is mold in the walls. I’ve seen it. The front office staff (not book keeper or manager), amenities, bus stop and layout are the only nice parts of this place."

"I've been asking for months now if I'll be able to renew my lease after being pressured consistently by the company, with no response. They change leasing/mgmt companies constantly, which means I might not have a home soon bc they changed their allowances on dogs, from 2 to 1, even though I've been paying rent on time with no complaints, but since they changed companies I might be homeless soon even though they won't let me know either way. I'm not a college student I'm a full time working adult who can't fall back on her parents, and rent keeps going up which I agreed to, the rent is going up 100 even though wages don't increase due to inflation. They said it was inflation and maintenence, when I asked about it they said they would be painting, which is legally required between tenants and not something that should increase rent by 100 a month. They asked if one of my dogs could be put on my roommates lease which is ILLEGAL if you're going to break the law just grandfather me in?"
