"The room was beautiful and well kept housekeepers did an amazing job. My stay was amazing! However, I did leave my hair dryer behind called the same day of checkout. Jordan retrieved the hair dryer and stated someone would send me an email for shipping. I have still yet to receive that email after multiple calls. To finally be told that they were to busy and not able to make time to go to the UPS. I had mentioned that they can schedule pickups and ups and usps both will come and pick up the package to save time to only be hung up on. Called back still talking to Jordan the so called GM to be asked if I wanted the hair dryer or not. Of course I want the hair dryer or I wouldn’t have called multiple times to get it. To finally be told that if I wanted the hair dryer I can just come and get it myself. I live three hours away from Lexington. Called corporate to get an email from Eldorado the Admiral GM to tell me that the GM I talked to was transitioning out and Jordan Best would take care of it. Well Jordan Best was the rude person I spoke to and after almost two weeks I still have not gotten my hair dryer. I understand that it is my responsibility to make sure I have everything but, it is also the hotels responsibility to assure I get my item back at my expense. Still would like to have my hair dryer."

"The walls are very thin and we heard kids running in the halls and being loud up until 2am. The rooms are dirty. The staff is not the friendliest. The beds are not comfortable at all. Location is good and off to itself. Security of the building is great. It does have a nice lobby."

"We booked a room and stayed in room 406. Initially, everything seemed reasonable; however, the heater could not keep the desired temperature, the bathroom sink had very low water pressure, and it leaked all over the counter. Also, the key lock on the door stopped working several times. We were told that we would be compensated for the troubles (this is the shortened version). We needed to spend another night. We changed the type of room on night two. We got into that room (425)to find out that the TV didn't work by the couch area (see photo). We left and then came back trying to watch the TV in the bedroom. It didn't work either. I went to the desk again. The clerk told me he couldn't do anything about it as it was the same as the first TV issue(no maintenanceman on site). I had to ask if another similar room was available. Finally we got to another room (325)to find out that the telephone didn't work along with the TV guide on one of the TV's."

"Do not believe staff when they promise the pool/hot tub will be open next week or a few days after you leave. Look at other reviews. It's been closed for months! Live TV app did not work on the television and the air quit working after the first day. Staff is nice but nothing was done about the growing list of broken down parts. Don't believe the pictures of what is offered for breakfast either. There are dozens of other places to stay. Pick one of them ."
